They charge $25 to check in with an agent and the only other option is to install the app, so I installed it just for this one flight. Then the app didn't find my reservation so they sent me to an agent anyway. The agent was unfriendly and printed my boarding pass without tsa pre check, so I had to go through the standard line. Also the flight was delayed two hours.

I was traveling with a lap infant and got to TSA only to be turned around saying that something was wrong with my boarding pass. I went to an agent and said nothing was wrong, printed me a board pass and I had to rejoin the line. The when I get to the ticket counter I found out they changed my family seat even though I purchased it prior. I was told I got a refund so I’ll see

Flight was delayed a whole day - no compensation on food or drinks. Gate staff gave an older gentleman a hard time about his confusion and concern regarding the overnight delay.
