The employee at the front desk was not friendly. He did not even mention that the vehicle had a few dents and scratches until we brought it to his attention. Usually, the employee comes with us to verify the vehicle but he did not do it. So we had to do it and come back inside and wait in line again to inform him and he said he already knew. Very unfriendly service and unprofessional. We were recommended by family and friends to rent a vehicle with Enterprise but it was the first time and last time.

The customer service. Be polite and cordial. Not dismissive. Especially, you do not know who you are serving.

Despite our reservation, Avis did not have a car for us when we arrived. After a wait, the only vehicle they could rent us was a truck that was huge and awful to drive. It had no trunk for our luggage. It was extremely difficult to drive and park in cities, especially historic areas we were going to i Montreal and Quebec City. It was awful.
