Very Straight forward rental and very good company to deal with. Would have preferred to collect car on Sunday evening when I arrived, but the office was closed 30 mins before. A collection service would help, Enterprise have a service such a service.

I finally didn't rent the car because I searched for arlanda airport and the Kayla booking has been made somewhere else. Once I realized I couldn't cancel without having to pay 85€... So very poor experience either on kayak and Sixt.

They offered the wrong vehicle class to begin with, and then charged me 9500 SEK for damage that I was not responsible for but cant prove that I wasn't. To be honest, it could not be a worse experience to be slapped with a 9500 SEK fee for nothing. Especially as the advertised booking at KAYAK suggested insurance was included. Very poor experience.
