Our Flight from Connecticut to Jacksonville was two and a half hours. It took us a hour and fifteen minutes in line just to get to the counter . Then we were directed to the garage, to pick up the car, There we stood for another hour and a half waiting for our car! That's a total of THREE HOURS waiting!!!! It took us two and a half to fly, but three hours to collect a car that we had reserved months ago. BUDGET HAS NO HELP At ANY COUNTERS!! We also found they DO NOT CARE about any customers! Very Poor Service!! Would not recommend.

it took 1 hr 20 min waiting in line to get checked in then told to wait 15-20 min car was being cleaned. Car rental took longer than flight. The staff was processing quickly but so many people and only one line for Avis, Budget and Payless combined. Return was very quick.

It took forever to get the car, the SUV smelled like cigarettes. We drove 24hrs from Jax to ELP and the smell was just overwhelming. Then my itinerary said drop off was at 12, but their system said 8. Showed the itinerary guess who still got a late fee? It was such a bad experience so overpriced for a car that had my kids and pregnant spouse smelling like cigarette.

I was eligible for a military discount and was denied by both the rental place and thru customer service. And the rental place tried to seriously over charge me for the rental. If I hadn't pressed for an honest rate, I would have paid a lot more than I should have.

Poor customer service. When I went to pick up the car the front desk expected that I take a car that was on empty and fuel it up myself. We went back and forth until finally the guy at the front desk followed me to the gas station to fuel up the car. I made sure to get a car with unlimited miles because I was taking a road trip to my family’s annual reunion that was a few hours away. On the halfway point I stopped to get some gas and I noticed the tires had no thread which was a potential danger to my kids life and my life. I’m extremely disappointed that when I called to vocalize my concerns the lady at the front desk hung up on me twice as if it was nothing important.. she was not helpful nor concerned about the dangers that could happen she did not give me instructions on what I should do in the situation. I will not be going back to this company ever again.

Was not well run. Extremely disorganized and slow to check in and check out. When I returned on October 7, waiting room was full of people waiting to pick up cars but there were no cars. The woman at the desk only acknowledged me when I told another customer I was there to return my car. I had my rental car keys clearly in my hand but she had not acknowledged my presence, even though I had been standing near the desk for about 10 minutes. You would think she would have recognized that. She was not helping any other customers. I heard them tell others that they were oversold and even though some of these customers pre-booked days in advance, there were no cars available. Just a very not well run place. Will never use again.

The pickup and drop off were horrible and they tried to charge me for an underage fee when I arrived to pick up despite the fact that I am 25, was quoted a different number, and they had entered my birth year incorrectly into the system.
