Plane trip was great , baggage pick up very slow. No entertainment on trip Melb to Cairns so can't comment.

Easy check in on line and at baggage check in at Nadi, landing was good, the fact that we made it safely was also good, great crew - I felt sorry for them too!

Screaming kids, I had one kicking the back of my seat pretty much the whole trip, as well as throwing tantrums (I know this isn't the fault of the airline but the crew could've helped a tad more - can't blame them for not wanting to go near them though I didn't want to be seated in front oft them either!!!) No tv for inflight entertainment, meal very average, they ran out of one of the choices early on (probably the only good choice!), landing was good…very relieved to arrive!

Flight was late in leaving. Sat in seat for 45 minutes without moving.

Seat material (leather) and cushion was comfortable.

No leg room, my knees were pressed into the back of the seat in front, which became very painful. No wriggle room without disturbing person alongside. A ridiculous "snack". What happened to biscuits and cheese? Not trendy any longer i presume. Even Qantas serve that! No wine. Again, ridiculous. Condescending stewards, if that's what you are supposed to call them these "woke" days.

Disappointing that people not wearing masks where not asked the put them on properly. Snacks should be provided for such a long flight. Web browsing wifi would have been good. Plane wasn't as clean as I would have liked.
