COVID-19 testing requirements Visitors from Indonesia must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departing to Cuba.

Documents Health Declaration Form - All travelers must complete an online form a maximum of 72 hours before their arrival. Paper forms are no longer available.
After travelers complete the form, they will be given a QR code that can be scanned on arrival.
Health Insurance - Travelers are required to have valid health insurance with COVID-19 coverage. If this is not possible, then they have to buy Cuban medical insurance coverage at the airport upon arrival or online before travel. This may be included with some airline tickets, so travelers should check with their airlines.
Health Pass for Tourist Activities - Travelers are required to present proof of complete vaccination to make reservations for tourist services.
