Our flight was delayed to next day. Budget web site FAQ said that they would honor commitment for 24 hrs, so I didn't call to check. We get to the Budget counter, and then the person at the desk said that they didn't hold it. Fortunately, they still had a minivan that we could use, but this is rather unsettling since we had so many people to move around. Also, would be good in reservation email to say where the Budget reservation area is, e.g. do we need to take a shuttle? Is it in the baggage claim area? (It turns out it's in the baggage claim area in Savannah, but on the other side, so I didn't see it and made a few phone calls to try to figure out where it was). So overall everything did end up ok, but I think a few small tweaks here and there would really smooth the customer experience.
