|Jul 2023It was very difficult to find the Budget location. It would be so simple to add the directions to the confirmation and pickup information. The help center was no help and calling the actual pickup sight didn't work because they didn't answer up the phone and so the "help center" answered each time. That was incredibly frustrating and added an hour to my van rental pickup.

|Jun 2023I did not get the vehicle I wanted. Instead of a subcompact (which can fit 5), I got a car for 4… there was not even a price difference. I believe I should've gotten some sort of reimbursement for having to sacrifice what I actually rented. I had to make double the trips.

|Sep 2023Hard to find location in the Crabtree valley mall Avis staff on the phone could not provide knowledge about how to find the rental car location☹️

|Apr 2023Avis cancelled my reservation just 2 hours before pickup because they didn't have any cars. Zero inventory! I had the reservation for over a week and even checked in the day before with my credit card. Yet they waited until the day of pickup on a holiday weekend to inform me they have no cars! They had to have known that well before. They didn't attempt to find a location that had inventory for me, and instead gave me the customer support line which was completely unhelpful. My 80 yo father had to drive me 2 hours to find a vehicle same day from a different company. If you read the reviews on Google this apparently happens often and some times they don't even call to inform. I strongly suggest you remove the Avis in Raleigh on Glenwood Ave from your listing.

|Mar 2023The tank was empty. Had no idea how far I could go and being unfamiliar with the area had to get off highway and find a gas station. When I asked about it I was told to refuel where where I thought the fuel gauge was when I got in the van. So I am bringing back on E. I put in one gallon when I reached my destination. The staff was fine. The location far from the airport (Raleigh). The car was semi-clean. I wanted a smaller vehicle but all they had were vans so spent more money on gas.
