Upon arrival we were happy that a Camry was available also the staff was very nice and friendly he suggested a restaurant to us that turned out to the highlight of our trip! I wish we could have had better communication upon return of our vehicle. The desk was unable to give us what our balance would be. We didn’t feel comfortable with just leaving the car there without any proof of return

Lines were way too long. Two hours. Only one person at the desk. She tried her best. She should get a raise. Cars that we reserved were not there. Then they were not in the assigned space. The guy at the preferred desk was incredibly rude. Told me to get a pickup for my 8 soccer players. Then made me wait another hour for a van. While there was one parked right in front. Never doing this again.

Car was not available when we got there. Had no other cars. When a car was returned an hour later it was filthy. Pet hair in front seat windshield was covered in dirt. No wiper fluid to clean. Seat did not adjust for back. Broken. Person at desk was rude

No navigation system. Smelled like a smoking car. Has to wait in a very long line to get the car out in the garage. The first counter employee was bordering on unfriendly. At least the car drove well.

Customer service number is impossible to find on their website. Cancellation was not possible through hertz. I was asked to login and enter my confirmation number countless times before giving up and not finding any help. When I went in to the physical store, I was given the customer service hotline to call where I was on hold for 40 minutes only to be told I was unable to cancel my reservation. Overall terrible experience and awful customer service.

Everything was smooth. We enjoyed the vehicle a great deal and perfectly accommodated our needs. I believe we received a free upgrade, which certainly affected how pleased we were with the cost/value. The only negative was we waited over an hour past our scheduled pickup time when receiving the car. There was a giant line of folks, perhaps they were understaffed on a Thursday morning? It set our trip plans back a bit, but it was great otherwise.
