The biggest issue was the elderly couple that keep kicking, grabbing, and hitting our seats. The other issue was other flyers listening to their devices without headphones. The seats were hard for a 12 hour flight.

my Philippine airlines experience was horrible since they canceled my $2800 worth of tickets and then told me to make a change I had to pay $2800 more after they just quoted me $700. This is a bait and switch scam!I even bought that stupid insurance through Kayak but since Philippine Air canceled my tickets, I had no recourse.
