|Jun 2024The vehicle was nice and drop off was easy. The worst part of the rental process was waiting in line for roughly 45 minutes and it would have been longer than that if the other rental companies hadn't helped out.

|Apr 2023I went to pick up my car and the person said they had zero cars. I had already paid for the car online. The person showed no concern nor did not offer a solution. Very poor service!

|Oct 2025I was traveling with my son in a wheelchair, I’m older.. the walk from the rental office to the car I was picking up, in the rain, was awful. It was way too far to be wheeling a wheelchair, two large suitcases, carry on bags, and a walker.. I was never offered help, nor did any of the guys sitting in their chairs waiting for drop off, offer to help. Nor did they as I was struggling to get everything in the car we picked up.. And yo make matters worse, the electric windows stopped working, yes, I checked the window lock, and I had to drop the car off, walk all the way back to the office, walk all the way, even further, for a replacement car.. only to have the man in the lot accuse me, not once, but twice, for not giving him the keys to the first rental,at the third accusation, said “got them”.. No apology, nothing. I will never rent from any of the three places they represent.. Hertz, Thrifty, and Dollar.. Disgusting..

|May 2026Most of it, but I would’ve preferred the car to be cleaned inside and out

|Feb 2025Reserved a pick up truck, when I arrived they didn't have one and gave me a mid sized suv. I asked for a pick up because I needed one to move a piece of equipment for work. Ended up borrowing a friend's truck for a day. Also asked for a truck because in 6'2 and 295 pounds and am not comfortable in a suv or car. Not a good experience for me.

|Oct 2024I feel cost isn’t getting out of control. If it was for long distance cost was reasonable, but for local use felt it was high.

|Feb 2023Friendly staff! Almost new vehicle! The bummer is that the car had been heavily smoked in already. It was pretty unpleasant to drive unless the windows were down.
