When I picked up the vehicle, the one they gave me first was already booked for another customer, so I had to turn back around from the exit gate to take the car back, explain the issue, have them find me a different car, and then move my items and family into another car. I was also frustrated that they seemed to have no info from my online booking other than my name and time and I had to fill out some of the info all over again. I also was asked about insurance when I had already purchased protection. All-around, it was very frustrating. I do want to note that the drop-off was easy and they did save me the hassle of taking the shuttle back because the employee checking us in drove us to the airport dropp-off. That was a nice touch.

I wasn't able to go thru with my rental because i didn't have a major credit card and it was never told to me that they did not accept chime credit cards, so I wasted an entire trip to the location all for nothing.

When I got my car in KC and started it up I got a low tire pressure warning on the passenger’s side rear tire (6 psi). They exchanged the car for me without a problem but the next car had a former driver’s rental contract still in the car. Seems to me the cars are not being inspected/cleaned very well before sending them out again?

When I got to Hertz MCI there was no cars available and no employees. I was forced to take an Uber to my room.

I originally booked a one-way rental car that was supposed to have been picked up from downtown location. However the agency called and cancelled my reservation the night prior to pick up. I was left to find another vehicle on my own —— at a much higher rate $$$. This was very inconsiderate on the part of Hertz.

Somehow I mistakenly reserved the car at the downtown location instead of the airport. The manager was able to find a car available for me rather than having to uber into town and then worry about getting to airport early Sunday morning.
