We were subjected to such a strict pick up that was more than what you expect at border crossing . Then I was concerned at pick up with scratches on the car. I was told they are recorded in the contract which I thought indicated all scratches on the front passenger side bumper. In return I was told there were scratches in that spot that were not indicated in the contract. I certainly can testify that nothing happened to the car that I am aware of. Now I am asked to pay extra!! I wonder if that is done regularly??

The staff was professional courteous and answered all my questions.The car was clean the tank was full and all of my expectations were not only met but exceeded. No wait at counter for pickup! Huge for after getting off long flight and Budget rental had about 20 people in their line. I would be furious if I had to wait that long, especially with two young kids with me.

With a 90 minute estimated wait to pick up a car, we went on Expedia.com and booked an Alamo car on the spot, for only a small amount ore. The $50 difference saved us over an hour in a line. Will NOT rent from Budget again !

The cars passenger side headlight was full of water and fogged the whole rental time. The wipers needed to be replaced And the car pulled when you came to a stop. The turning radius on the car was poor. We called the car the hippo, anytime you tried to park in a congested lot where room was tight you had to wiggle back and forth to get it out of the spot. It was definitely a no frills car. We were disappointed with it.

I booked this through cheap flights it was supposed to be $199 everything included they even added the insurance in there by the time I got done it was $330 some odd dollars and a lot of double speak and I was already late because they sent you three different places to actually pick up the car never again I'll never do it through cheap flights and I will never rent from Dollar Thrifty or hurts again I'm going back to Enterprise few dollars more but at least they know what the hell they're doing and no surprise fees I use 3 gallons of gas the girl talked me into a gas program that was supposed to replace the gas at a competitive price 40 cents higher than anything I saw in Fort Myers is not a competitive price charging me $73 for a quarter tank of gas is absolutely ridiculous and trust me I'm not done spreading the word about how I got screwed at Dollar and ultimately h e r t z

When we walked into the rental office she just sat there like she was more interested in something else. We asked her several times if she could help up and was ignored. We asked if we needed to pay for a second driver she said yes. The other lady sad no to the people next to us..........Sad

Tank wasn't full, then filled and was charged some when I returned it full. Car wasn't super clean. The service at pick up was really slow - over 1.5 hour wait to get my car which is awful when it's already reserved and paid for, and we had a long travel day. Not super pleased overall.
