This was the 4th or 5th time I was charged for gas when I returned the tank completely full. I've used Fox for more than 30 rentals over the years, but this was my very last. Not because of the fuel issue, they've gotten out of hand with the post-rental charges, and miscommunication. If you're going to, without notice, later charge my card for a slew of fees then at least be consistent. Sometimes I am charged fees and surcharges, sometimes I am not. Sometimes the return is fine, sometimes I am charged for non-existent damage. Get it together.

There was a long line at check in and when we finally get to the desk after about 45 min, the associate spent a long time trying to sell us many things that we did not need or want. Also, the car had a smell that would not go away.

After making a reservation as well as confirming the reservation with a phone call and speaking to an agent on the phon, my rental car was not there. Upon arrival I was told my rental car was not available and they were not able to provide a rental car for me. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone and I won’t use them again.

So, our flight was delayed and apparently they will only hold your rental car for one hour! There were 3 people ahead of us that all were charged and they couldn’t provide any of a car for this same reason. They said all of their other cars were already reserved. We had been traveling all day, had lugged our luggage around and found out we didn’t have a rental car but still were charged! It was so infuriating!

The attendant upon pick up was the most rude rental car person I have ever dealt with. The car has mechanical issues including gas over filling. There were so many dents and scratches I made my own videos. The attendant upon check out was VERY professional. I will still never use them again.
