The car was excellent, clean and in good condition, however, on pick-up I was not familiar with some of its capabilities and there was no effort in trying to explain or even ask if I had any questions. Though I was given a form which, I assume, was to be filled out to report any vehicle damage before I drove off, I was not given the opportunity to inspect the car and add anything to the list before I was asked to sign and initial the form and the counterfoil was removed. I made sure I took multiple pictures to ensure that I had recorded and vehicle damage before I drove off. The vehicle was not checked on drop off and I probably would have to trust that this would be done fairly. Apart from the paperwork aspects of renting the car I was happy with the friendliness and courtesy especially of your rep on drop off.

Easy pick up, car all ready for me. It was the best deal in town financially too. Pandemic car rental prices have been through the roof. National was the best price and didn't gouge customers.
