I had reserved a Tahoe or similar and was first given a Ford Explorer which would not be large enough cargo space. Then I was offered a mini van, same, not enough cargo space. Finally was given an Expedition, which was perfect. Once home I noticed that the heat shield was hanging loose so back I went to the airport. The mechanical staff fixed it without incident. The rest of the trip was great.

$100 a day is terrible, when I could of gotten 2 days for $5 more from them...crazy! When I picked up my rental, the car was just driving up and the lady got out of the vehicle not really saying anything. I had to ask if the keys were in it. There was no walk around with anyone, which is concerning because there is a lot of damage to the exterior of the vehicle. I took 10 pictures of damaged areas, then noticed the following more that I couldn't see in the dim area plus the car being wet. The car had at least one low tire and needed service, according to the dash. How is that missed when it was just dropped off for me? Does that even matter? I would think that a rental should not be due for a service as soon as you get it, plus not have a low tire. I used Budget as a last resort at the Columbus airport. It was cheapest, not sure how, and had availability.

I got there and couldn't get the car . The supervisor would except my purchasers ID card. I tried it myself and he refused to accept me.

First told there were no cars available even with reservation then after 2 hour wait The car has a rear tire pressure low and noticed a nail Also charged for the collision policy with out my confirmation I have visa signature card which gives me collision policy also my insurance has coverage for collision basically charged me with out my approval Very poor experience

The interior had been cleaned but the fabric on the seats had a lot of stains. The car drove good. Both the front and rear bumper covers had obviously been re-attached at some point because you could see the seams. The rear driver's side bumper cover would become loose and flap in the wind when you got up to highway speeds. The brakes started grinding at the end of the trip.

Long line at checkin and very few cars. Mostly vans and trucks. Car was dirty and had greasy stains on all the touch points. That said, everyone I dealt with was friendly. Drop off in Pittsburgh was great.

Huge lines at the counter. The car was rented to me dirty and without a full tank of gas. When I called customer service I was put on hold and ultimately hung up on. I gave the car back and am still fighting the charges. Awful experience.

Rental pick up was not at the airport but 25 miles away which meant I had to Uber at a cost of $50 to pick up the car. Also, I had to return the car here which meant I had to drop everyone off at the airport and take an hour to return the car plus get a friend to take me back.

Someone vomited in the car prior to picking it up. It reeked of vomit the entire time I had the car. The overwhelming air freshener used when I picked up the car covered the smell for the first few hours but when I got back in the car after a few hours, it was overwhelming.

The first car I was assigned was not in the spot. Waited in line again at the counter in the parking lot, and was told to go back downstairs. Had to wait in line yet again to get reassigned. Overall, the process took over an hour, with the initial line only having 4 people in front of me, then 2 at the parking lot kiosk, and then waiting for almost 35 minutes to go through the like downstairs again. Very poor communication from the workers, and none seemed to want to deal with people, and not a single apology for the mistake, just a glare and a piece of paper shoved back at me.
