Kayak does not have service in china thus no reminder email or even access to the kayak account to see the itinerary.. missed the flight.. also air china app requires a local phone number to register.. yep.. they consider themself international airliner but does not allow anyone outside china to use the app.

Overall it was a great experience flying with AirChina. Great service, great food. If I have to point out one thing that will be more varieties of food selection. All are Chinese style. If one Chinese style and one western style choices would be excellent.
