Entertainment console was broken

Seat was comfortable and the legroom was better than I expected. I love the entertainment, had variety or movies, shows and music to choose from. Flight attendants were up and doing and courteous. The air system seem have to been good in the beginning of the flight, but then turned mediocre mid way, that needs to improve.

Excellent service, and the food was surprisingly good.

We were excited to take Turkish airline yet we were a bit disappointed by their food, seats were very small & the flight changed two weeks before the trip at a much later time. We have two little kids and we’re supposed to get to Tirana at 1:30pm but we didn’t get there until 12:30am which was way too late for our little kids. Same thing with our trip back, initially our flight was at 9:30am and it was changed last minute to 6am which means we need to get up at 3am to get to the airport 2 hours before. Not cool especially having to travel with two kids. Will not fly with this airline again.

As I had ordered a Hindu meal, I was served the same dish from Zurich to Istanbul and 2 more meals from Istanbul to Miami - of the SAME meal. Thee was no variety offered for me at all. The entertainment system did not work half the time as there was no access to recent movies etc. The flight attendant (male) spilled water on me, while trying to serve me and I was soaking wet from water from the bottle on my shirt and pants - and besides thrusting a few paper towels at me - nothing else was done and the flight attendant did not check back on me to see how I was doing. The check in process was meh, with the staff in Zurich insisting that I could not be given a more comfortable spot with my recently broken foot healing. Yet in the flight to Miami so many seats were empty while I was squashed and was forced to buy my aisle seat. For such a usually excellent airline, this experience was not in its quality and class of its usual service. It was disappointing.

I was not a fan of this airline, we took off late the crew was bossy and the plane smelled.

We ordered assistance during the transfer in Istanbul, but did not receive anything
