I tried to reserve through Hertz. They told me I would be unable to return the car to the rental location as it was closed on the day of my return (Sunday). When I went through KAYAK, I was able to pick up and drop off at the same location. I am unhappy about the false information I received from the company itself. If I cannot trust them to have accurate information, why would I want to rent from them? I would have also appreciated a shuttle to and from my hotel.

Pick up long line, car dirty. Drop off no shuttle had to walk back to the airport entrance from the lot. Expensive and uncomfortable experience!

The door was locked and the two employees in the back of the office wouldn’t help us. There was a hand written sign on the door saying to call a number if you have a reservation and they would return to the office to assist you. The number went straight to voicemail, no one came back to help us to we left and canceled our reservation.

Wonderful experience, girls were very helpful in Albuquerque. Mini van was clean and new. Check out at DFW airport was so very easy, and shuttles to terminal for flight were prompt. Definitely would do this again:)
