My family and I were very disappointed when we found out that the planes were not LOT planes but the Privilege airplanes. We booked specifically for LOT and were expecting the Dreamliner planes. The crew were very nice but the planes themselves were sub par. The in flight entertainment was very disappointing, especially for our kids. The TVs worked in some sections of the plane but not others. Other than that, the whole flight experience was ok.
