Poor level of English spoken at the facility. Car had 2 defects, rear wiper broken, tire low air pressure indicator would not cancel even after checking tire pressures. Upon return, for some unexplained reason, I had to pay any additional $31.98 and I still do not know why I was charged this amount. The rep could not explain the reason, just that his system said This amount was due.

Depois de esperar uma hora para pegar o carro a pessoa que estava me “ajudando” olhou e disse que não foi possível autorizar. Meus documentos são todos americanos pq vivo lá há mais de duas décadas. E ela não sabia o que fazer. Enfim, só havia feito à reserva pá a Localiza só tinha carro para depois de meio dia. Acabei que loquei com a Localiza e não tem comparação de profissionalismo.

Despite our poor command of the Portuguese language the staff were very friendly and we managed to communicate everything necessary. English is not commonly spoken here and their efforts were very much appreciated! The value was excellent and service terrific!
